Company Description
* Real Estate investment management firm with large market share in Japan
Responsibilities
*Support the Portfolio Managers in developing Business Plan Projections
*Prepare Investment Reports on a Quarterly/Annual Basis for Senior Management, New York Office and Investors
*Liaise with Asset Management, Disposition, Accounting, Transactions and Structuring teams
*Manage informational flow of asset-level data and other key metrics
*Prepare ad hoc analyses for CIO and/or CEO as needed
Other:
* Candidates would join an international team (USA, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore, etc) with very diverse experience (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Real Estate, Public Accounting, Consulting, MBAs, CFAs and CPAs)
Requirements
*Degree with a major in Finance, Accounting or Business.
*More than 1-4 years experience in Portfolio Management, Investment or Corporate Finance-related areas
*Bi-lingual in Japanese and English
*MS Excel experiences a plus
*Excellent Communication Skills
*Fast learner
