Responsibilities
*Development and implementation of the Fund Strategy
*Analyze and benchmark Asia Pacific historical investment performance in fund terms
*Assess current property portfolio return profile and identify potential seed assets
*Manage due diligence and third party appraisal process for initial seed assets as required
*Establish standard portfolio management framework for portfolio performance analysis, strategic asset planning reviews, conflict management processes as related to asset management
*Work with fund operations to define and implement standard reporting processes
*Work with various stakeholders on fund strategy and structure, offering process
*Develop investor marketing roadshow requirements
*Support fund, asset, investment management team on ad hoc projects as needed
*Some travel required
Requirements
*BA/BS in real estate, finance, or equivalent
*Minimum 3-5 years of asset management and/or fund management experience
*Experience with Argus, Dyna, and/or Atlas
*Strong quantitative/qualitative analytical problem solving skills
*Strong project management skills
*Strong excel and powerpoint skills
*Detail-oriented and a team player
*Fluency in English & Japanese preferred
*Experience with conducting due diligence on potential investments
*Familiarity with real estate underwriting process
*FMP/ECLP/CAS grads
* Applicable Experience:
*BA/BS in real estate, finance, or equivalent
*Minimum 3-5 years of asset management and/or fund management experience
