Our client is a well known, international clothing brand
Responsibilities
As the Merchandise Manager you are expected to:
* Develop, communicate and drive the seasonal business strategies
* Manage and teach the team to be customer-focused, fast, innovative, and team oriented in their work
* Prioritize your workload and play and active role in training merchants
* Have a strong Merchandising background, and share best practices across the departments
Requirements
* Knowledge of the target customer and of product trends
* Knowledge of international production processes
* Experience as a Senior Merchandiser or equivalent
* 5-7 years of retail buying experience
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally
* Native level Japanese and Business level English
