Responsibilities
*Manage inquiries related to Tokyo’s clients
*Closely and mutually communicate with other departments in Tokyo office to share clients’ needs, product updates, Tokyo’s business scheme, etc
*Support to establish marketing and network relationship strategy
*Assist in the marketing of Trade Marketing through telephone, email, client calls
* Perform customer support services
*Identify customers’ expectations and needs for quality customer services
*Assist Japan’s Product Sales to build profitable relationship with clients
*Resolve all kind of the enquiries and problems related to JPY, USD, EUR and other currencies businesses
*Communicate with Japanese clients to identify their operational issues and resolve them on a timely manner
*Working closely with Product Sales and support Sales
Requirements
* Degree in Business/Finance/Economics
* 6 + years industry and client servicing experience is a minimum requirement
* Native Japanese and business English
* JSDA Sales Rep 1st preferred
* JSDA Internal Control Manager – Needed or willing to take after joining
