Responsibilities
HR:
*Implementation and administration of company employment rules and regulations
*Management of recruitment processes including onboarding and hiring of temporary staff
*Preparation of payroll and social insurance data, as well as administration of overtime etc.
*Administration and management of evaluation system
Admininstration:
*Negotiation and coordination of vendors for office services
*Duties related to Facility Management & Procurement
*Fixed assets control (Leasehold, Equipment, PC & Server)
*IT administration (no technical skills needed)
Requirements
*Relevant HR experience in a fast-paced international environment
*Strong communication skills and business level English (capable of communicating with regional counterparts)
*Experience implementing company rules and regulations and administering contracts is highly desirable
*Candidates who wish to challenge themselves are encouraged to apply even with limited experience
