Opportunity for an HR professional with strong communication skills

Company Description

Our client is a globally recognized communications firm specializing in providing tailored solutions to its clients

Responsibilities

*To design and implement a new HR Management system that serves both the company and employees

*To drive all aspects of the recruitment process in order to get the right people on board

*To implement a performance review policy that is both motivating and challenging to employees

*To interact with employees with an HR sensibility and engage employee issues

*To negotiate with agents and vendors for temporary staff hiring and outsourced services

*To handle other HR issues or tasks as necessary

Requirements

*Solid HR know-how and at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience
*Excellent bilingual communication skills (Japanese / English) in order to work with both local and regional business leaders
*Experience of implementing new HR policies
*Strong negotiation skills
*Creativity and a goal-oriented, forward-looking personality
