One of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world.

Responsibilities

* Manage a large operations team in the Banknotes business.

* Develop good relationship with front office managers by advising cash inventory levels.

* Plan resource capacity to meet business demands.

Requirements

* More than 5 years experience as a manager in banking
* Strong leadership with people management skill
* Strong sense of operations control
* Good knowledge of business process re-engineering

* Applicable Experience:
* Banknotes related experience plus

* Remuneration: 10 to 12 Million Yen
