Responsibilities
*Working closely with specific business units to provide HR support as an HR generalist
*Contributing to all aspects of personnel management such as recruitment, transfers, evaluations, promotions etc.
*Planning and implementing internal training
*Review and implementation of best practices related to HR systems
*Administration and implementation of HR and labor regulations in a factory setting
*Constantly developing one's own HR skills and knowledge through training and internal rotation
Requirements
*3 years or more of HR experience. Manufacturing or factory HR experience preferred
*Business level English and strong bilingual communication skills and interpersonal skills
*Strong PC Skills. Web administrator skills highly desirable
*Self-starting personality
