Responsibilities
*Assisting with constitution and execution of Non-Recourse Loans
*Deal analysis support
*Simple real estate appraisal
*Execution of sight inspections
*Verification of economics models
*Assisting with compilation and sealing of contracts
*Assisting with reporting and presentations to head office
Requirements
*Degree in business, finance, law or economics
*At least 5 years experience in real estate investment real estate finance, securities
*Strong financial analysis and data analysis ability
*Strong English language ability, communication and presentation skills
*An achiever and a team player
*PC skill (excel, word and power point)
*MBA preferable
