Global Real Estate Firm Seeking Experienced Investment Broker with the Initiative to Lead Investment Division

*My client has been established in Japan for over fifty years
*The company cross-leverages decades of real estate development, management, and transactional experience to provide maximum value to clients and proprietary investments
*Through their regional offices, they are active nationwide, offering a comprehensive line of investment services

Responsibilities

*Actively identify and gain control of properties for sale/acquisition
*Analyze properties
*Prepare acquisition proposal
*Work closely with personal network
*Negotiate transaction closing
*Prepare real estate contracts
*Supervise closings. Make sure all purchase documents are complete
*Support real estate entrustment process
*Support debt financing process

Requirements

*Real Estate License (“Takken”)
*Significant real estate transaction experience
*Thorough knowledge of the real estate market including property sourcing strategies and processes
*Ability and motivation to achieve acquisition targets
*Analytical capability and ability to conduct market analysis
*Written and oral communication capability
*Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively both independently and as a team
*Basic English reading and writing skills

* Applicable Experience:
*Real Estate License (“Takken”)
*Significant real estate transaction experience
*Thorough knowledge of the real estate market including property sourcing strategies and processes

* Remuneration: 12 to 15 Million Yen
