* Provide high level of account management for major accounts in Japan
* Lead and manage team of several salespeople
* Reports to Japan Country Manager
Requirements
* Strong track record of hitting sales targets
* Management/leadership experience
* 7+ years experience in business application software sales
* Experience selling to large Japanese corporations
