This company provides IT services to a major financial service provider

Responsibilities

*Be responsible for leading a team in software development for the company’s website, intranet and internal systems
*Frequently communicate with internal users to understand their needs and requirements
*Turn users’ requirements into technical specifications and lead the implementation of these specifications

Requirements

*Strong technical knowledge of web systems and tools
*Proven background in project management/leading
*Experience in Ecommerce or other high revenue websites
*Experience in some of the following technologies: Java, Java Script, SQL, HTML, SOAP/XML, Servlets, WebAPIs, WebSphere
*Must have excellent communication skills in Japanese with business level English
