Responsibilities
*Ensure daily JGB and Corporates settlement process handling Japanese domestic clients including super sensitive clients
*Ensure accurate/timely settlement pre-matching through JASDEC PSMS system or telephone call for the responsible products
*Ensure accurate/timely confirmation dispatch for the responsible products
*Ensure internal policy/rules as well as regulatory compliance is adhered to in the area of responsibility
*Ensure control procedures are adequately performed to mitigate identified risks, and if not immediately escalate such to the AVP
*Ensure provide adequate client service to internal/external clients when performing the daily tasks as agreed with the AVP
*Be a good group leader of the team of 3 and proactively propose improvements to the AVP
Requirements
*More than a few years of domestic FID Middle Office or/and Settlement experience (strongly desired)
*Native Japanese and business level English communication skill
*Eager to improve and learn
*Client Centricity Mind-set
*Change/lean mind-set for efficiency increase
*Control focus and understanding of regulatory requirements
*Fits to a challenging environment
*Ability to understand and address their issues & needs within the Operations team and the Business
