*The company is seeking a dynamic Audit professional to strengthen the talented Business Audit team

Responsibilities

*Assist audit management in executing yearly audit plan
*Document business process and controls of audit units
*Assist audit management to assess design effectiveness of controls of audit units
*Perform detailed testing of controls to evaluate operating effectiveness of key controls
*Document potential issues to discuss those with audit management and if necessary with business units’ managements
*Be involved with diverse projects, sometimes taking the lead

Requirements

*Three or more years of audit and/or insurance experience is preferred
*A working knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred, but not an absolute requirement
*Japanese native-level or advanced level
*Strong English is preferred
*Excellent inter-personal skills and willing to work in a close team
*Recognized degree in Business will be a plus
*A professional designation (CPA, CIA etc) will be a plus

Additional Notes

* Reason for opening: New Position due to Expansion of the Department

* Remuneration: 6 to 8 Million Yen
