Global Real Estate Firm Seeking Senior Accountant


*Our client is a leading global developer and operator of industrial real estate with offices in North America, Europe and Asia
*Seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join the stable team

Responsibilities

*General Ledger maintenance through journal entry into the Accounting System
*Establish and maintain close working relationship with Property Managers and other field personnel to ensure the accounting properly reflects the operations
*Responsible for monthly closings of books for both Japan and US GAAP
*Supervise one to two Accountants and Temp staffs
*Monitor and troubleshoot A/R and A/P issues
*Assist SPC Accounting Managers with monthly and quarterly deliverables review
*Special projects and ad-hoc analysis

Requirements

*B.S/B.A. in Accounting or Finance is preferred
*Minimum five years of accounting experience
*US CPA or MBA is a plus
* Japanese native level with good English
*Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Power Point)
*A self starter with strong communication and organizational skills

* Reason for opening: New Position due to Expansion of the Department

* Remuneration: 7 to 10 Million Yen
