TSE Listed Real Estate Firm Seeking Fund Senior Accountant


*My client is a leader in Real Estate investment and Asset Management business
*Continually generating superior investment returns for investors
*Seeking a talented Fund Senior Accountant to engage in Japanese fund reporting as well as to the US

Responsibilities

*Reporting in US GAAP basis
*Preparing financials for US LP’s and LLC’s and consolidation of many entities
*Reviewing underlying investment SPC’s - mostly Japanese and Chinese SPC’s, but some exposure to other Asian countries
*Working closely with the Fund Manager in preparing and reviewing fund reports

Requirements

*Must have US and J-GAAP – knowledge of IFRS is a plus
*Must be very analytical and detailed
*Must be able to understand complicated structures and agreements related to the structures for both accounting and tax consequences (for international investors)
*5+ years of solid accounting experience id a plus, public accounting experience strongly preferred
*Strong bilingual in Japanese and English

* Remuneration: 6 to 9 Million Yen
