Global Investment Firm Seeking Senior Operations Analyst


*My client is an international leader in opportunistic Real Estate investing in commercial and residential real estate transactions
*The Real Estate business engages with its partners to manage diverse real estate portfolios
*It is a leader in International Real Estate joint ventures for over 10 years
*Seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to work with multiple and diverse companies and ensure they are safeguarding investments

Responsibilities

*Provide financial and operational decision support for the value investment group related to new investments and ongoing investment management and reporting
*Work with the business to analyze new and existing deals from an accounting, operational, tax and legal perspective and ongoing deal reporting, compliance and management
*Ensure all partnership/investment documents incorporate proper controls, GAAP, tax, and other administrative issues and requirements
*Participate in the due diligence, audit and ongoing management and reporting processes of the company's asset managers

Requirements

*4-year degree in accounting or finance, or other related business field
*3+ years of experience in financial industries, or in tax or accounting area
*Strong financial analysis skills demonstrated in previous work experience
*English language skill in Writing & Reading
*Native level Japanese
*Good computer skills
*Strong communication skills
*Willingness to travel (occasionaly)
*Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities
*Experience in trading, financial markets or real estate investment is desirable

* Remuneration: 8 to 10 Million Yen
