Our Client is a leading consumer products company with 150 staff and revenue of over US $150 million in Japan

Responsibilities

As the CRM Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:
* A strong focus on customer retention
* Managing Sales promotions, events, etc
* Planning and executing the Customer Loyalty Program
* Independent role to coordinate with other departments

Requirements

* Direct Marketing experience (over 3 years)
* Experience in creative planning (Catalog, DM etc.)
* Planning of Customer survey, implementation, Analysis
* Native level Japanese and Business level English
* Experience in the cosmetics industry is desirable

* Remuneration: 6 to 8 Million Yen
