Responsibilities

* Review and update company salary scheme
* Review and develop Performance Evaluation system
* Coordinate with recruiting agencies and conduct interviews
* Manage hiring/termination in accordance with company regulations
* Conduct orientation for new employees
* Update Employee Benefit program
* Manage HR policy and office regulations
* Manage three staff

Requirements

* Over 5 years of HR Management experience
* Knowledge of Japanese laws related to employment
* Competency in a multinational environment and strategy oriented management
* Good communication skills in both English and Japanese
