Responsibilities
*To manage labor cost and review the expenditure against the budget (for both local employees and expats)
*To manage the outsourcing vendor for payroll, social insurance, pension plan, retirement and other benefits programs
*To administer benefits programs; Benefit One, medical check-up, retirement plan, share plan, LTD, other public compensation
*To make those programs familiar to the employees for them to maximize their benefits; conduct inductions session on those programs for new employees and handle questions from employees
Requirements
*Have professional experiences in Compensation and Benefits area in Human Resources Department for at least 3 years
*Have general knowledge on Compensation and Benefits (regulations and common practices)
*Have experience in working with onsite vendors (preferred)
*Detail oriented and accurate in handling data
*Intermediate-Advanced MS Excel skill
*Business level English
*Have excellent communications skill both spoken and written
*University degree
