HRIS Coordinator for a large American Retail Company with the potential to develop in other areas of HR

Large American Retail Company

Responsibilities

HR Metrics - Management Reporting
* Effectively utilize HR systems such as HRMS & T&A by creating statistical reporting to meet the needs of Management and Business Partners.
* Monitor Personal Action Notice (PAN) process that has been processed for regular employees and ensure that they comply with HR policies and procedures.
* Create monthly employee master & adjusts data by using HRMS to proceed payroll calculation
* Enhance existing standard reports used internally with HR systems and develop (customize) the reports as needed.

HRMS
* Attempt initial resolution for trouble shooting as single point of contact for HRMS between end users and 2nd level (US) or local between and global
* Review requests (set up table, security, etc.) from users and escalate those requests to global HRMS team.
* Record all incidents and requests to utilize incident information for future troubleshooting
* Data check for regular employees
* Monitor the vendor for data-input

T&A
* Attempt initial resolution for trouble shooting as single point of contact of HRMS between end users (HQ / Field / System Owner) and 2nd level (US) or Local between and global
* Order and Administrate ID cards for new hires and those who are transferred
* Create statistical T&A reports
* Monitor the vendor handling data corrections into the system

Requirements

* More than 2-3 year business experience needed (HR experience is preferable.)
* Strong logical thinking skills needed to understand correct business processes
* Good English skills needed (reading / writing / speaking)
* Basic knowledge on HR systems (PeopleSoft 8.8+, Time & Attendance systems, etc.)
* Strong Self-development mind (has interest in other HR areas)
* Ability to work collaboratively across business partners and functions
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Must have flexibility and be customer service-oriented
