Responsibilities
* Plan and assess overall business facilities needs and manage all facility related activities
* Supervise department staff
* Handle the day-to-day administrative tasks for the office
* Manage relationships with existing office service suppliers
* Coordinate conference room reservation system
* Develop relationships with building management
* Provide employees with important medical and safety information
* Develop local Emergency Preparedness Plan
* Coordinate the purchase of supplies, equipment and services
Requirements
* Over 4 years of Office Management experience
* Demonstrated ability to organize, direct and perform high level supervisory duties
* Good English language skills
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral and strong negotiation skills
