Responsibilities

*Plan and develop the human resources strategy and policy for Japan to support the business strategy
*Partner with the Business Line heads in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems across the country, including performance management system, career / succession planning and recognition
*Provide leadership for the acquisition of talent in a cost efficient and effective manner

Requirements

*University graduate preferably in business or management
*7-10 years of management experience in multinational corporations with a strong performance record in HR
*Creative problem solving
*Well versed in Japan employment laws
