* Recruitment; manage the need of RC's associates
* Performance management & improvement systems
* Employment & compliance to regulatory concerns
* Employee orientation, development, & training
* Employee relations
* Company-wide committee facilitation
* Company employee & community communication
* Compensation & benefits administration
* Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

Requirements

* Basic understanding of Japanese labour/employment law
* Native fluency in Japanese and business fluency in English
