* International medical devices manufacturer seeking Managing Director of Japanese operations

* Our client is an International Company that manufactures medical devices
* Their products include Cardiac, dialysis, and ultrasound equipment

Responsibilities

As the Managing Director you will:
* Reach the set sales and financial targets
* Attain strategic and dollar goals while staying within the set budget.
* Create, implement, and monitor existing and emerging programs and directives for subsidiary.
* Oversee all aspects of Sales and Administration functions for the Japanese Operation
* Evaluate sales growth potential and critiquing expense budgets for the Japanese Operation

Requirements

* 7- 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience, preferentially in the medical device products field
* Demonstrated success in building and leading diverse, high performance, cross-functional management teams
* Understanding of healthcare and medical device industry, including trends and implications

* Reason for opening: Replacement due to Internal Transfer

- Native Level Japanese and Business Level English

* Remuneration: 16 to 24 Million Yen
