Responsibilities

*assist in the setup of a Derivatives Middle Office newly established which involves functions transferred from overseas
*assist with the management of a team of three to six staffs in Derivatives Processing for the Swap businesses arranged
*stablish a solid procedure and control over derivatives processing in conjunction with the Swap Trade Support team
*liaise with overseas counterparts on a regular basis to exchange information and to seek guidance for a globally aligned process
*To administer tasks required for regulatory reporting as required
*Regular reporting to local Manager

Requirements

*Minimum 3 years working experience as an exotic product controller
*Strong Math skills, good with numbers, strong analytical skills
*Market oriented. – Exotic knowledge required
*Basic product knowledge of Financial Instruments, mainly securities
*Fluency in both English and Japanese, written and spoken
*Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), good use of analytics library and excel functions
*Sound awareness of corporate and regulatory policies, and the ability to apply appropriate control measures
*A good team-player
*Self-starter and motivator
*Ability to prioritize and multi-task
*Consistently reliable performance delivery.
*Strong solution-driven analytical skills Person of integrity and trust
