Treasury Manager

*Treasury Managers required for Top Tier Medical Firm!

*Large pharmaceutical company which has a very long and stable presence in Japan and is recognishqed globally for it's products

Responsibilities

* Responsible for the daily payment-related operations; Inter-company netting, Local Internet payments, Overseas payments and Check payments
* Responsible for the daily incoming payment operations and promissory notes issued by customers
* Manages company banking arrangement and bank relationship
* Manages loan & I/CO loan arrangement including Thin capital taxation-related
* Manages company cash flow and cash requirement forecast
* Manage the reports to be submitted to the authorities such as Bank of Japan and MOF
* Manage US reporting such as Treasury 4316 reporting and the banking and loan arrangement
* Quarterly Financial projections
* Manage ad-hoc projects or assignments
* Ensure that the financial activities are in accordance with established legal, regulatory and company procedures

Requirements

* Solid accounting and Finance experience
* Stable background with a proven track record
* Business level English
* Cash Management or prior treasury experience would be considered an advantage
* Must have worked for a foreign company
* Must be proactive and work in a constantly changing environment

* Remuneration: 9 to 12 Million Yen
