Responsibilities

* Responsibility for the day to day management and coordination of the finance, HR and office management functions
* Providing sound commercial and financial advice to the management of the business
* Production of timely and accurate management information and the development and evolution
* Controlling the forecasting and budgeting processes
* Cash and working capital management

Requirements

* Recognised accounting qualification with at least 7 years post qualification finance experience in an international commercial environment
* Experience of the computer software industry preferred
* Thorough understanding of the commercial and tax laws in Japan
* Sound computing skills, with a good command of Excel and at least one computerised accounting system (SAP or Sun accounts experience preferable)
* Strong written and spoken English is essential
* Japanese language essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence to express opinions

* Remuneration: 16 to 20 Million Yen
