Head of Regulatory Reporting in Growing Securities Firm

This major European company provides financial solutions to a range of institutional and corporate customers, and has over 100,000 employees all over the world.

Responsibilities

* Review and finalize local regulatory reports and the tax returns accurately
* Monitor a capital adequacy ratio on a daily basis.
* Review financial data and support the group reporting team in overseas.
* Get involved in various re-engineering projects to improve accuracy of the financial statements, efficiency in the processes, and strengthen the internal control.

Requirements

*Experience of local regulatory reporting in securities and regulatory capital over 3 years
*Strong accounting knowledge based on JGAAP and IFRS
* Good understanding of Tax
*Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
*Strong management and organization skills
