Responsibilities

*Responsible for the formation and execution of the GCC strategy in Japan
*Executes sales and marketing strategies according to Strategic Plans (STRAP), annual budget (AOP), and Demand Planning (SIOP); ensures linkage with the US & UK
*Drives profitable growth through new products launches, new channel penetration, and new customer accounts

Requirements

*Bachelors degree in general management or related field
*MBA preferred
*Minimum 5 years of commercial experience (mix of sales & marketing), preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry

-Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese and English
-Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP
