Responsibilities
* Analyze logistics process to include inventory, vendor lead times, improvement of shipment tracking, and handle vendor issues (packing, transport costs etc.)
* Provide feedback on vendor performance and suggestions to improve supplier service level
* Present proposals on how indentify and improve bottle necks..
* Responsible for operations in West Japan.
* Report on branch performance and result compared to competition
* Support team with pricing and technical issues, and act as the decision maker in problem cases
* Develop teamwork within the group, give feedback about personnel performance, and evaluate training needs
Requirements
* Logistics and or Sales knowledge
* Experience shipping or 3PL industry is a plus
* Strong minded, teamwork ability
* Leadership and management skills
* English ability

Location: Hyogo
Salary: 8 Million yen (depending on skill and experience)
