*Seeking talented finance leader to drive executive decision-making across functions at a local and corporate level

Responsibilities

*Rebuild financial planning and control processes to enhance business management
*Review sales forecasting process to improve forecast accuracy
*Initiate and lead cost-saving projects with related departments
*Prepare and contribute to the Planning and Review Process and participate in Japan long- and short-term target setting and realisation
*Participate in functional F&A projects

Requirements

*Native-level Japanese and Business-level English fluency
*Business experience in Japanese and/or foreign manufacturer or distributor, overseas experience an advantage
*Leadership experience of financial planning and control within company or major business unit
*Understanding of Accounting and internal control principles
*Proven record of process improvement
