Our client is a large European retailer with agressive expansion plans for Japan

Responsibilities

*Supervise store design and construction, including fitting work
*Developnew store ideas within company strategy
*Supervise store maintenance, utility control, and cost control
*Cost control of design, construction and fittings
*Functionally supervise work store maintenance managers
*Actively search and develop new solutions for construction and fittings within company's commercial concept

Requirements

*Excellent ability to design and develop ideas for construction
*Min 3-5 years experience in construction and project management
*Cost saving and cost control awareness
*Strong social, communication and negotiating skills
*Good language skills (Japanese, English)

* Reason for opening: New Position due to Business Expansion

* Remuneration: 7 to 10 Million Yen
