Our client is a small but very successful B2B niche healthcare business
Responsibilities
*Handle the entire recruitment process for a company of less than 100 people
*Compensation & benefits data management and related work
*Coordinate company organization change management tasks, including group or one-on-one communication, job migration tasks, employee change-over and job descriptions
*Engage new employee introduction programs and company learning
*Oversee operational payroll and payroll adjustments, and record management
*Proactive updating and potential new creation of relevant company HR policies and procedures
*Management and leadership of the employee Performance Management Pro-gram
*Ensure the company is Japanese HR law compliant and oversee all company corporate communication and public relations
*Manage employee development and skills training processes including the corporate Talent Management System and related career development activities
Requirements
*Generalist HR experience
*Small-med sized foreign capital company experience
*Knowledge of overall HR
*Business level English communication
*Approachable, flexible, communicative person
