Our client is a large international retailer

Responsibilities

*Fast pace, multi faceted HR leadership role with responsibility for all human resources functions including recruitment, development, employment, compensation and benefits and employee relations
*Supervise Talent Acquisition and Development Management, HR Operations and Administration

Requirements

*Four to five years HR experience
*Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Japanese
*Willingness to work in Okinawa
