Responsibilities
*In partnership with HR Director, develop and implement value-added HR strategies, programs and policies to support organizational goals and objectives
*Support acress all areas of HR including hiring, compensation, performance management, training & development, employee relations, communication and HR administration in cooperation with other HR specialists
Requirements
*HR Generalist experience
*Strong knowledge of labor relations, hiring, benefits, compensation, payroll and labor laws
*Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
*Consulting and problem solving skills
*Business level English communication
