Retail HR Manager in a European Company
Luxury Goods Company that specializes in clothing, jewelery, perfumes and other high end consumer goods
Responsibilities
*Retail HR projects
* Lead and implement retail HR projects which address people and organisation agenda in the boutiques and contribute to making the boutiques a desirable place to work.
* HR Support to Retail Director & Retail Sales Managers
* Performance management
* Ensure appropriate performance management procedures are in place in all boutiques.
* Compensation & benefits
* Plan and implement the boutique specific compensation scheme with Senior HR Manager and Compensation Manager in HR Division.
* Headcount capacity planning
* Liaise closely with the Brand’s Retail Marketing Department for headcount planning for budget, store closures and openings, and on-going movement.
* Staff mobility planning.
Requirements
* Basic understanding of Japanese labour/employment law
* Native fluency in Japanese and business fluency in English
* Project management skills desirable Behavioural competency
* High level of integrity and widely-trusted

* Reason for opening: New Position due to Expansion of the Department
