Company Description
*Our client is a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing with several offices around Japan
*To strengthen the organization they have created a new role as Senior Sourcing Manager
Responsibilities
*Support Director in managing team of 15 sourcing staff
*Work with executive and senior management to develop corporate and strategic plans for the Commodity team
*Work closely with management to develop a team and conduct performance management
*Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce
Requirements
*Minimum of 8 years experience in Sourcing
*Experience working with electronic devices
*Strong management experience in mid sized teams
*Advanced level English with Native level Japanese
*Experience working with design projects desirable
