Responsibilities

* Responsible for the performance of all sales activities including obtaining orders in accordance to budget, development of sales opportunities and the management of our representative network and distribution channel..

* Work with product management and marketing teams to ensure the company is always on top of customer and competitive feedback.

* Extensive travel required within the assigned territory.

Requirements

* Excellent communications and organizational skills.
* Personal computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Experience selling to distribution and end users.
* Presentation and training skills.
* Marine industry sales experience preferred.
* Familiarity with international marine regulations.
* Boating/boatbuilding experience a plus.
