Supplier for semiconductor and microassembly industries

Responsibilities

* Whole marketing activities of conductive/nonconductive adhesives, die-bonding and coating materials for electronic and electric industries.
* Market research for the present and future requirements of our market and for the technical trend.
* Make a Marketing Strategy, Business Strategy and Planning.
* Establish "New Product Development (NPD) Project" and take a lead for the project. Should be responsible for NPD project portfolio, and work with NPD and sales leaders to drive it.
* Make financial analysis and Price strategy for NPD project.
* Presentation for inside and outside company.

Requirements

*Experience in electronic and/or electric industries and /or other high value specialty
chemical industries.
*Technical background to comprehend and capture the technical trend of the market.
* Capability and experience of team management to lead the projects and the teams
strongly.
* University education (Technical degree-Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, with MBA an advantage).

Additional Notes

* As a member of Global Marketing Team, a Marketing Manager should report to Global Marketing Manager with dotted line. Also as a member of Global Segment Team, he or she should collect Japan market data and submit them to Global Segment Team with analysis, and discuss with them for our sales growth.
* Marketing Manager is a member of JBT (Japan Business Team-Managers team).
