Responsibilities
* Perform IT audits of external clients to check their level of internal controls and the accuracy of data
* Use knowledge of auditing, networks, operating systems and electronic data processing
* Check the integrity, operational effectiveness and efficiency of the client's information systems including servers, mainframes, workstations and telecommunications
* Determine the level of compliance with policies and procedures, laws and contractual obligations (for
example, software licenses) regarding privacy and security in data processing
Requirements
* Requires ISO 9001 Auditor Certification
* ISO 27001, CIA or CISA strongly preferred
* 2+ years experience as an IT auditor
* Consulting experience and project management experience strongly desired
* Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, business law, internal controls, sound business and management practices
* Must possess a sufficient knowledge of network environments and computer systems
* Native level Japanese with daily conversation level English
