Responsibilities
* Due diligence work for potential aquisitions
* Corporate finance
* Evaluate individual departments and develop strategic plans
* Work closely with Finance Director and Report directly to CEO
Requirements
* 7-10 yrs experience in finance and accounting
*High level of English and Japanese written and oral communication ability
* Gaming and software industry knowledge/background preferred
* MBA preferred
