Responsibilities
* Responsible person for specific modules (i.e. SD, MM etc.) in the SAP ERP Core Component in Asia
* International project support for specific modules
* Coordinate activities regarding the specific module with global headquarters
* Responsible for maintenance of master data (i.e. material etc.) in Japan and other subsidiaries in Asia
* Responsible for functionality related to master data (i.e. material, HR, customer etc.)
* Responsible for SIS functionality
* Support for customer add-on Modules connected to SAP standard modules
* High level user support for Asia
* Analyse and correct problems specific modules as they occur in the SAP Production system.
* SAP script, Smartforms and ABAP development according to the requirements of the departments and subsidiaries in Asia
* Analysis of business processes and requirements for affiliated companies in Asia and design and implement the solution in SAP. Customize modules (i.e. SD, MM etc.) according to these business processes
* Customizing modules (i.e. SD, MM etc.) and related add-on modules for new implementations as a project member
Requirements
* Experience with development of applications: Preferably in ABAP or Java.
* SAP Standard Training course (1. & 2. Level): E.g. BC400 and higher, SCM600 and higher
* 1 or more years of experience in an IT company or department as system analyst for an SAP system, preferably with SD, MM and / or SCM module
* Preferably certification as SAP consultant
* Basic knowledge about OS (Windows, Unix, Linux and / or others) and DB (Oracle and / or others)
* Project management experience: As team member or leader
* Communication skills: Discussions with team members, users and external consultants
* Logical reasoning and analysis of problems
* Strong English skills in reading, writing and conversation
