Responsibilities

*Be responsible for communicating with users, gathering requirements and making sure that the current systems fit these requirements
*Provide user support for global application systems as well as local systems
*Be responsible for managing vendors
*Assist the technology group in IT audits and improving user satisfaction

Requirements

*A minimum of two years of experience in application systems development/support, preferably in asset management or securities
*Excellent communication skills with some knowledge of both Japanese and English required
*Must be a client-focused individual with a fundamental knowledge of IT and system development
*Project management experience is an advantage but not a requirement
