Responsibilities
* Support across the following functions as required: planning, payroll, social insurance, pension, administration and employee data management, recruiting and training, contributing to the development and growth of the company
* Be an active member of HR team, helping to drive
and support cross-department initiatives
Requirements
*Business experience (2-3 years), ideally with some exposure to HR
* Business English communication desirable
* Effective presentation, training, and persuasion skills
* A good communicator with effective interpersonal skills
