Responsibilities
*Lead the company’s project group on local and global projects focused on improving the efficiency of the company’s business processes
*Analyze the company’s systems in coordination with internal users and produce technical requirements based on these
*Be responsible for conceiving projects and planning them out in coordination with your team, vendors and overseas offices
*Plan stages of the project, decide budgets and lead the implementation of the project from start to finish
*Be responsible for reengineering the processes of the users to ensure maximum efficiency
Requirements
*Experience in large projects, especially projects that require international coordination
*Experience working for consulting companies is highly desirable
*A broad understand of business processes, business applications and how to implement them
*Excellent communication and team leading skills is essential
*A high level of both Japanese and English is required for this role
Additional Notes
Remuneration: Up to 15 Million Yen Plus Incentives
