Responsibilities

* Support General HR including recruitment in each division as needed
* Payroll is outsourced
* Employment (labour) regulation and HR system are unified within company
* Operate and manage examination of promotion (360degree evaluation)
* Support pay rise, promotion,transfer in each divisions
* Understand what kind of person company wants and concretization the core skill and competency

Requirements

* Good communication skill and ability to take action in order to listen to opinions from each divisions and reflect them to company
* Has HR training experience and passion, and also be able to enlighten and operate training actively to employees
* Ability to communicate in English

* Reason for opening: New Position due to Expansion of the Department
