A privately owned foreign company with a reputable name in the cleaning/hygiene industry
Responsibilities
* Organization restructuring, staff training, planning, drafting　and　implementation
* Awareness of HR processes and policy of head office in US, implement corporate policy from the US in Japan
* Plan, develop and improve HR infrastructure and HR systems
* Implement HR programs, rules and guidelines
* Review, plan budget, analyze and provide HR data for business needs
* Manage and develop 3 staff, foster communication to increase team work
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience in HR
* Excellent spoken and written English and Japanese
* Proactive and able to work independently without guidance
* Team player and able to demonstrate good organizational skills
* Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
