Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct and control Organizational Development and Training activities after analyzing needs and developing strategies for improvement
* Work closely with employees; identifying areas of improvement, creating systems and implementing training programs that address company needs and promotes employee development
* Conduct training needs assessment in cooperation with global HR
* Manage Performance Management system including communication to employees and managers, submission of appraisals, and communication of performance trend to senior management
* Conduct supervisor/managerial training relating to basic supervision, performance management, discipline, and other topics as needed
* Oversee the succession planning and career management systems
* Establish and implement a compensation program that will incentivize and motivate the organization
Requirements
* Adept at talent acquisition which covers manpower planning, sourcing, selection, development and retention of a highly talented workforce
* Candidate should be experienced in dealing with a multi cultural environment
* Be able to act as bridge between cultures
* Have experience in localizing procedures and policies
* Understand the strategic influence HR can have on a company
* Be able to act independently and be a self starter
