Responsibilities

* Be responsible for leading the Non-Life Systems team in developing software to fit the requirements of users in various departments

* Analyze the needs of users through discussion and formulate requirements based on these

* Plan projects to meet the users' demands, taking into account budgets and time lines

* Carry out projects within set deadlines and within budgets and be responsible for ensuring that the team works together in an efficient manner

Requirements

* An understanding of COBOL and SQL based on AS/400 systems

* Excellent communication skills in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) and some level of English ability
